About Us

OUR STORY

Ice Hawk is a Minnesota-based fishing equipment manufacturer specializing in premium ice tip-ups. With a deep respect for the time-honored tradition of ice fishing, we combine craftsmanship and innovation to create reliable, high-performance gear for anglers across Minnesota and beyond.

Jason, the founder, spent over 12 years guiding ice fishermen on frozen lakes, where he encountered the common frustrations of traditional tip-ups. Flags would freeze to the ice or blow over in the wind. Grease in the shaft would stiffen in extreme cold, creating resistance on the line. Holes would freeze over, affecting performance, and many designs lacked the adjustability needed for different bait presentations.

Determined to solve these issues, Jason set out to design a better tip-up. After years of development and rigorous field testing, Ice Hawk tip-ups were built to eliminate these common problems—delivering a smoother, more dependable fishing experience. The result is a product that truly speaks for itself.
