RETURN POLICY
​Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be new, unused, saleable condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. If Product is deemed unsaleable the return shipment will be rejected as a return to sender
Returns for any other reason beyond approved warranty claim, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Customer is responsible for the return freight expense.

Please email Ice Hawk Fishing products to discuss options, warranty, or authorization of return. We are not responsible for unapproved returns, even if we sign for the items with the carrier. All packages returned without approval may not get reimbursed.
WARRANTY POLICY
Ice Hawk Fishing Products stands behind all of our quality products and we warrant to any original owner that we will repair or replace at our discretion, any product found to be defective due to manufacturing defect within the specific product’s Warranty Period.
Warranty repairs will be made without charge by Ice Hawk Fishing Products. Transportation/shipping charges to and from Ice Hawk Fishing Products or an authorized dealer, are the responsibility of the customer. All other obligations or liabilities, including loss of use, inconvenience, commercial loss and consequential damages are hereby excluded.
The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to an accident, adjustment, improper installation, misapplication, misuse, modification, neglect, repair, including but not limited to improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or attachments. Warranty does not apply to products ran over or lost.
Warranty will not be honored without original receipt of purchase and images of the damaged product. Warranty does not apply to floor or display models, close-out or discontinued items.
